Sembcorp is a leading energy solutions provider seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Professional to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing corrective electrical maintenance, inspections, and repairs on power plant stationary and rotary equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and failure analysis. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform corrective electrical maintenance, including inspections, repairs, and calibration of electrical equipment.
  2. Assist electrical engineers in troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and failure analysis to determine the cause of equipment failures.
  3. Develop risk assessments and mitigation measures for maintenance jobs in the plant.
  4. Apply for permits to work as a competent person for all maintenance activities.
  5. Supervise contractors and liaise with other maintenance crafts and operations technicians to execute maintenance activities.
Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant maintenance fields in a power plant or petrochemical industry. A diploma or degree in electrical engineering is also required.
