Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage employee development and business partner related projects such as planning company-wide development initiatives and communicating with stakeholders on new policies.

Contribute to the development of new employee development strategies through creative input combined with data analysis and understanding of future challenges.

Lead consistent deployment of employee development policy and practice, identifying inconsistencies and developing corrective actions.

Act as a change agent by facilitating, managing, and implementing modifications to ensure effective execution.

Represent the employee development team to the rest of the organization in the development and rollout of programs and policies.
