Key Project Management Role

We seek a seasoned delivery expert to oversee full project lifecycles, from requirements analysis to design, construction, delivery, integration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create an overall project plan defining roles, responsibilities, objectives, commitment, deliverables, schedule, and risks for team members and customers.
  • Develop a risk management strategy identifying and reviewing potential risks and mitigation actions.
  • Manage project costs aiming to maximize revenue and margin achievements through effective budget control.
  • Establish a project execution plan and schedule for tracking of deliverables within scheduled milestones.
  • Build a high-performance delivery team comprising onsite and offshore resources, providing effective leadership for team members.
  • Oversight of the entire project delivery lifecycle within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Maintain a proactive and responsive relationship with stakeholders, including internal management and customers, to provide regular progress updates, problem reporting, and resolution processes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental Engineering (recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore).
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in implementing and managing quality control systems.
  • Hands-on attitude, meticulous, and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Professional project management certification is preferred.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, resourceful, independent, and possess good negotiation skills.
