Job Summary:

A skilled network professional is required to provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers, resolving complex network issues related to switches, optical modules, and other equipment.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of data center network architectures, including Spine-Leaf, VXLAN, EVPN, and other relevant technologies.

Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving customer issues, contributing to the development of a comprehensive problem knowledge base, creating troubleshooting documentation, and collaborating with R&D and testing teams to improve product quality.

Requirements:
