About the Role:

  • Lead the development of internal regulations and good governance systems for group companies in ASEAN regions.
  • Collaborate with outside counsels and relevant departments at HQ to provide strategic legal advice on overall legal and compliance matters in ASEAN regions.
  • Design and conduct training programs for expatriates and local staff in ASEAN regions on legal and compliance matters.
  • Monitor legal developments in ASEAN regions and keep the Company updated.
  • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for commercial activities in ASEAN regions.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent qualifications.
  • Extensive years of legal experience.
  • Proven expertise in legal knowledge and experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Japanese languages.
