Job Role Overview

This role involves supporting the Account Management team in our private banking space by ensuring a seamless onboarding and review process that meets our Bank's AML/KYC standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying KYC information, conducting due diligence checks, and communicating with stakeholders as needed. They will also oversee the end-to-end account opening/review process and prepare required KYC screening lists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and align onboarding and review processes with Bank's AML/KYC standards to ensure compliance.
  • Verify relevance and completeness of KYC information through thorough searches and due diligence checks.
  • Communicate efficiently with stakeholders throughout the account opening and review process.
  • Evaluate red flags/alerts and follow up on client onboarding/client review matters for escalated/prioritized cases.
  • Prepare and document KYC screening lists based on information obtained from Relationship Managers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in onboarding and recertification.
  • Strong understanding of KYC processes and procedures.
  • Able to start work within short notice.
