Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales department in managing daily sales operational activities, including sales administration, customer service, import and export management, and sales and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Handle customer inquiries and respond to sales-related emails and phone calls.
  • Process sales orders and follow up with clients on payment status.
  • Update and monitor daily sales data systems to support sales forecasting exercises.
  • Coordinate with clients on shipping schedules and prepare shipping documents.
  • Assist in general administration duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  • O Level or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Self-motivated and initiative individuals with strong negotiation and selling skills.
  • Ability to manage a given set of territory and accounts.
  • Provide excellent after-sales and customer service.
  • Knowledge of office supplies or office automation is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of Navision system is an advantage.
