Senior Facilities Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in facilities management.
- Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and implementing routine and cyclical upgrades and enhancements for all Central Offices
- Assisting in preparing operational plans and ensuring timely completion of projects within scope
- Overseeing outsourced service providers to ensure quality performance and compliance with service expectations
- Liaising with internal teams to verify that maintenance tasks are performed according to plan and scope
- Supporting the investigation and resolution of day-to-day operational issues within the facilities
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Facilities Management
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
- Strong understanding of facilities management and general knowledge across real estate functions such as planning, development, asset and project management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment
