**What the role is**
- SENIOR MANAGER, FACILITY MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS
**What you will be working on**
- You will be responsible to lead a team of property officers and executives for the management of all LTA facilities, properties, premises, and related administrative services. You will drive facility management transformation works, sustainability efforts and continuous improvement in areas of office facility management and essential services/operations, technological utilisation, assets management, quality assurance and operating budget.
**What we are looking for**
- Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management - At least 15 years of facility management experience for large organisations - Engineers who hold professional qualifications in developing, taking over and managing new office and commercial developments preferred - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Have experience in leading a team with a successful track record in delivery of services - Technically sound with good knowledge of handling escalations, Mechanical and Electrical maintenance work, vendor management and building regulation compliance - Dynamic person and possess strong leadership skills
