Job Description:
Design, build, and refine robust backend services for DeFi applications, focusing on performance optimization, security, and growth potential. Work closely with frontend developers and smart contract specialists to integrate backend systems seamlessly with blockchain infrastructure. Develop APIs that ensure secure and efficient interactions between user interfaces, smart contracts, and external services. Enhance data management processes, ensuring fast, reliable storage and retrieval in a demanding DeFi ecosystem. Contribute to code reviews, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks or vulnerabilities. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and techniques in blockchain and DeFi backend development.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of backend engineering experience, including 2+ years working on blockchain-integrated systems. Proficiency in developing and maintaining high-performance backend frameworks and APIs in Golang. Strong ability to optimize relational databases (such as PostgreSQL) for speed, integrity, and scalability. Comfort with rapid development cycles and a proven record of deploying production-ready code regularly. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for collaborating effectively in a team setting. Experience driving technical projects from inception to completion with full accountability. Hands-on experience rolling out liquid staking solutions in a live environment. Background in operating validators on EVM-based networks. Advanced familiarity with Ethereum's consensus and execution layers. Thorough understanding of DeFi primitives and their interconnections.
