Nurse Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Educator to join our team.

Job Description:
  • Create lesson plans to achieve predefined learning objectives and deliver classroom-based courses through engaging lectures and discussions.
  • Supervise clinical practice aspects of nurse education and training programs, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.
  • Evaluate and grade papers, assignments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support student development.

This role involves collaborating with other faculty members or nursing directors to contribute to the design and enhancement of curriculum for nurse training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in nursing education.
  • Effective communication and teaching skills.
  • Able to create engaging lesson plans and deliver high-quality educational content.
