Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Director to join our Advisory team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the firm's strategic direction, managing client relationships, overseeing operations, driving business development, and actively participating in the industry ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both traditional finance and the unique aspects of the crypto market, along with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team in origination, structuring, and execution efforts across M&A, token, and equity transactions
  • Make strategic decisions through regulating partnerships, acquisitions, and resource allocation
  • Define and implement the company's strategic direction and long-term vision
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and partners
  • Originate new business and investment opportunities
  • Identify sector trends and position the Client's business development activity and team composition to proactively capture these opportunities
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with market volatility and regulatory changes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements specific to the crypto industry
  • Oversee client coverage and process management, including strategic analysis, due diligence, and business/thematic research
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness
  • Actively participate in industry discussions and ecosystem, including representing the Company on panels, conferences, and events
Requirements:
  • Extensive working experience and strong knowledge in blockchain/Web3
  • Experience in investment banking (M&A, capital raising)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Track record of taking on new challenges and succeeding
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-paced Web3 environment
