Job Overview

The primary role of a Design Implementation Specialist is to oversee the preparation of designs and drawings, calculations, and specifications. They are responsible for coordinating with supervisors and external design consultants to ensure timely completion of tasks.


  • Prepare and submit detailed designs, drawings, and specifications for review and approval.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and external design consultants to address any design or calculation queries.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Review and report on progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with site agents and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to design and workmanship specifications.
  • Monitor and record progress, identifying and escalating any delays or non-compliances.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Local graduates with a degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HR, Finance, Quality, or equivalent are eligible to apply. 1-2 years of relevant working experience are also required. Prior work experience in the construction industry is preferred.
