We are looking for a Technical Implementation Expert to join our organization in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bringing technical expertise and direction to implementation projects, ensuring that clients implement the Charles River IMS suite properly.

The Technical Implementation Expert will contribute to software quality by clearly communicating defects to technical support and product management. They will develop with a result-driven approach while maintaining project schedules and be capable of advancing to track project progress across junior team members, allocating resources to projects, and mentoring new hires.

The ideal candidate will have experience in methodology-based solution delivery and managing customer expectations, solid client interaction skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to recognize long-term solutions across multiple projects. They should also be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

The selected candidate will possess strong oral and written language skills, with a preference for financial services industry experience, previous consulting background, and knowledge of design patterns. A bachelor's degree from a leading university or college in finance, business/mathematical finance, economics, or computer science is required, along with 3+ years of consulting experience in the financial/financial software services industry.

The role requires travel to client sites throughout the Asia Pacific and the ability to work effectively when remote from clients. Travel of 30%-50% is typical but may exceed that in any given year.
