Job Description

The Financial Operations Manager will provide financial leadership to the South Korea and Hong Kong entities + Accounts Receivables for the region.

This role will be accountable for all aspects related to finance and accounting. You will report directly to the Senior Reporting Manager and complete all financial and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the various systems.

You will also manage local statutory accounts, local/income tax and VAT filing, other reporting requirements and cash management including dividend and intra group loan. This role will support Regional Treasury operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations: Ensure consistent use and appropriate application of the global chart of accounts and accounting principles and policies.
  • Month End Close: Timely & accurate month end close activities
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, monitor business control effectiveness and develop/execute improvement plans to assure accurate financial reporting.
  • Regional Accounts Receivables: Lead the Regional Accounts Receivables performance metric.
  • Treasury Operation: Support Regional treasury matters such as loan, financing, etc.
