**Direct Search Global is working with a Singapore listed firm to fill a position for Finance Manager to be based at their office in Singapore.**

**JOBSCOPE**
- Overseeing and reviewing works done by the finance team
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Developing short-term and long-term business plans based on analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
- Budgeting and forecasting for the business
- Liaising with external auditors and tax agents
- Mediating between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences
- Calculating the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization
- Evaluating the financial performance of the organization and measuring returns on investments
- Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

**REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) accreditation or CPA is a plus)
- At least 5 years of work experience as a Finance Manager
- An analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning software
