Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role:
Browzwear is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our 3D digital solutions for the fashion industry.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for 2D/3D graphics applications, rendering engines, shaders, and related tools.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and compatibility testing across platforms (Windows, macOS).
- Validate visual fidelity, shading accuracy, and rendering quality against specifications and reference images.
- Test GPU/CPU rendering pipelines, texture mapping, lighting systems, and other computer graphics features.
- Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of QA experience, preferably in computer graphics, game development, or visual effects.
- Familiarity with and a deep understanding of test methodologies, bug cycle management, and test design skills.
- Experience writing test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience in automation testing, contributing valuable insights into tools and frameworks to optimize testing workflows and team performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have's:
- Experience with 3D modeling/animation software (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).
- Understanding of graphics concepts: rendering pipelines, shaders, textures, materials, lighting, animation systems.
- Familiarity with graphics APIs (OpenGL, DirectX, Vulkan, Metal) and GPU debugging tools.
