Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction team and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion and handover. They will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and risks to ensure seamless project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex projects in the construction industry, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also possess a deep understanding of construction management principles, including quality assurance, safety requirements, and project scheduling.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Relevant engineering degree or certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Excellent supervisory skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to identify and mitigate risks.
