Job Title: Columbarium Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Columbarium Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our columbarium facilities.

  • Ensure columbarium halls are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Manage all events and reservations of prayer services, providing exceptional customer service and support to families and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure columbarium halls are well-maintained and free from any issues or concerns.
  2. Manage all aspects of funeral services, including coordinating with various religious and cultural groups.
  3. Provide assistance to families and visitors, ensuring they have a positive and respectful experience.
  4. Oversee and maintain building facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and secure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a funeral parlour or funerary industry.
  • Industry knowledge of religious, cultural, customs, and burial practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Conversant with basic computer software.
