We are seeking an Administrative and Procurement Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling procurement activities, preparing purchase orders, and supporting office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, tender documents, and recommendation reports
- Support office administration tasks, including supplies and meeting coordination
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in process improvements and team projects
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or diploma holder
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and contract management
- Strong writing skills for formal reports and documentation
- Familiarity with tender processes and vendor coordination
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
