We are seeking an Administrative and Procurement Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling procurement activities, preparing purchase orders, and supporting office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, tender documents, and recommendation reports
  • Support office administration tasks, including supplies and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in process improvements and team projects

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma holder
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and contract management
  • Strong writing skills for formal reports and documentation
  • Familiarity with tender processes and vendor coordination
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
