Experienced Fire Safety Specialist Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Fire Safety Specialist to join our team.
- Critical Responsibilities:
- Inspect and Investigate: Conduct thorough on-site inspections of buildings and other structures to identify potential fire hazards and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety codes and regulations. Identify fire risks, such as faulty wiring, blocked exits, or improper storage of flammable materials, and recommend corrective actions.
- Fire Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Ensure that buildings and facilities meet the highest standards of fire safety by conducting regular reviews of building plans and documents.
- Public Education and Outreach: Educate the public and businesses on best practices for fire prevention, evacuation procedures, and the use of fire safety equipment.
- Reporting and Follow-up: Prepare detailed reports on inspections, investigations, and other activities, documenting findings and recommendations.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with fire departments, construction teams, and other relevant agencies to promote fire safety and prevent fires.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum diploma in Workplace Health & Safety.
- At least five years of experience in the construction field.
Work Schedule:
- Six days a week, with flexibility to take any day off preferred.
