Service Crew Member Wanted

We are seeking a service crew member to join our team. As a service crew member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experience and ensuring seamless cash handling and accuracy of all transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a collaborative environment, providing an outstanding customer service experience.
  • Show customers how to complete QR Code Ordering with ease, as most orders are done via self-service. Train customers on efficient ordering processes if needed.
  • Handle POS transactions, food delivery devices, and cashier duties as necessary. Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling.
  • Prepare and pack orders efficiently, buzz for customers when orders are ready, and pass prepared food at the collection counter.
  • Perform basic food and drink preparation tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and safety in food handling and preparation procedures.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and coordinate effectively with the kitchen team, promoting timely restocking of inventory items.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided for successful candidates.
  • Familiarity with using iPads, food delivery devices, and phones is essential.
  • Candidates must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
