Service Staff Wanted

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated team member to join our vibrant store at Marina Square, Singapore.

  • Job Role:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle sales, and maintain a smooth store operation in a 5-day work week.
  • Product Assistance: Assist customers in selecting DIY products and tools, offering expert advice and product demos.
  • Inventory Management: Support with inventory management, including stock checks and deliveries.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Process payments using the POS system (cash, card, digital).
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and create visually appealing displays.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide solutions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols when handling tools and materials.
  • Support DIY workshops and be available for opening and closing duties as needed.

Work Schedule:

  • 5-day work week, Tuesday to Sunday, including public holidays.
  • Hours: Tuesday & Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (9 hours). Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (10 hours). Public Holidays: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (extra pay per MOM guidelines).
  • Off days: Typically Monday + Thursday (rotates based on store needs).
