Job Title: Chemical Process Technician
The Wet Bench Technician plays a pivotal role in the manufacturing process, ensuring seamless operation of wet processing equipment and maintaining stringent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain wet benches, chemical baths, and plating stations according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform wafer cleaning, etching, developing, and other chemical processing steps with precision.
- Handle, mix, and dispose of hazardous chemicals safely.
- Monitor equipment performance and escalate issues to engineers or maintenance teams.
- Collect, record, and analyze process data.
- Support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repair of wet process tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wet process area.
- Assist in training new operators or technicians.
