Job Summary

A Research Development Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing research projects in health services and operational research. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative data analysis and statistics, with the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals and apply for funding.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related discipline
  • 4-5 years of experience in medical research
  • Expertise in Health Services Research (HSR) and applied statistics
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
