Senior Research Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Research Specialist to join our research team.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of health services and population health research projects. This may include large population-based cohort studies, qualitative or mixed-methods studies, implementational studies, and clinical trials.
- Design and lead the development of research projects, including concept development, study design, and protocol development.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis, including data management, data cleaning, and data visualization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research studies.
- Develop and manage grant proposals, including writing, editing, and submission.
- Provide expert advice on research methodology and statistical analysis.
- Master's in public health, clinical investigation, or implementation science, or PhD in health services research, public health, or related field.
- Proven experience in research project leadership, including study design, data collection, and data analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including grant writing and presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, including collaboration with researchers, clinicians, and stakeholders.
