We are seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Research And Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting application validation activities across various projects to ensure robust product performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Support the development and implementation of new products, including non-pressure silver sinter paste and TIM1 paste. ">
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of new products to ensure they meet our high standards. ">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve technical challenges. ">
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. ">
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams and external customers. ">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Physics, or Chemistry preferred). ">
  • At least 5 years of experience in solder/assembly materials for semiconductor applications. ">
  • Proficiency in standard business and engineering tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, SPC, DOE, 5-Why, 5M+1E, etc..) and Microsoft Office applications. ">
  • Hands-on experience with equipment such as ASM DEK printer, ASM SiPlace, Besi Datacon, ESEC Die Bonder, and Musashi dispensing platforms is highly desirable. ">
  • Strong presentation skills and an innovative mindset. ">
