Emergency Medical Professional Job Description

The role of an Emergency Medical Professional involves providing medical care to individuals in need. As part of the team, you will be responsible for transporting residents to their routine medical appointments and admission/discharge.

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients by ensuring the van is well-maintained.
  • Attend to other delivery requirements or errands as needed.

You will also assist registered nurses in delivering nursing care to residents and help maintain a clean, safe, and neat living environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant EMT course certification.
  • AED/BCLS certified.
  • Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environments.

Successful applicants without qualifications will be sent for further training with all courses funded by the employer.

Key skills required include teamwork, customer care, first aid, nursing care, and personal care.
