  • Our front-of-house crew represents the service and overall hospitality of the restaurant. To achieve this, you should provide consistently excellent customer service, ensuring customers are comfortable and satisfied throughout their visit.

The position requires someone who is a team player, service-oriented, and passionate about the industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Familiarising yourself with the restaurant setup and all food & beverage items on the menu.
  • Performing pre-operation and side station preparations.
  • Greeting and seating guests proactively.
  • Presenting guests with the menu and informing them about specials of the day, promotions, and/or menu changes if any.
  • Providing suggestions and attempting to upsell where applicable.
  • Taking orders from guests and noting any special requirements.
