Estate Property Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Estate Property Manager to oversee the maintenance and stewardship of all church properties, including interior and exterior of buildings, ground landscapes, equipment, plants, and vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing security guards and cleaners, ensuring that works carried out by external contractors meet high standards, and conducting regular checks and reports on existing assets.
- Maintain and ensure proper protection before commencement of works
- Conduct periodic checks and reports on existing plants, machineries, and facilities
- Implement maintenance schedules including preventive and corrective maintenance
- Supervise installation of new equipment and in-house upgrading projects
Additionally, the Estate Property Manager will be responsible for reviewing and improving facilities, keeping and updating inventory records of assets, preparing payment claims, and submitting weekly, monthly, and urgent maintenance reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:NTC2 qualification or equivalent is required, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Relevant knowledge in computing, M&E, and facilities management is also essential.
