Job Title: Structural Design Lead

 

  • Detailed design of building structures with strong analytical skills.

 Responsibilities

  • Undertake detailed design in Building Structures
  • Execution of projects and liaison with the Client, Consultants, Contractors, and authorities to provide technical support for design
  • Checker to obtain approval of design and drawings
  • Prepare design report & attend meeting to resolve technical issue

 Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent recognized by Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
  • Well-versed with local authority codes and regulations
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant building structure with civil experience
  • Involved in large-scale building (HDB/ Condominium/ Commercial) structural design project
  • Good exposure in analysis and design of PPVC, Precast and concrete structures, steel structures
  • Good knowledge of various engineering design software and analytical tools
  • Applicant with lesser experience considered for Engineer role
