We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling sales enquiries, and ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and have the ability to multitask. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to clients

  • Handling sales enquiries and responding to client inquiries in a timely manner

  • Assisting with reservations, including processing client paperwork and submitting rates to relocation portals

  • Coordinating site inspections and assisting with business calendar management

  • Developing and maintaining an accurate filing system of all correspondence

  • Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients through telemarketing and qualifying prospect inquiries
