Job Summary
This is a permanent position that will provide secretarial support to the Head of Department at Mapletree.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and manage conflicting priorities.
- Submit and monitor expense claims and disbursements in a timely manner.
- Liaise and coordinate with parties within and outside the organization.
- Provide administrative support within the department and other projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / GCE 'A' level and/or Private Secretarial Certificate.
- At least 3 years of secretarial and/or executive support experience.
- Mature, trustworthy to handle confidential matters.
- Meticulous, organized, and have good initiative.
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as qualities of a good team player.
