Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an HR Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment activities across both offices, including shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and requesting documents. You will also be involved in liaising with manpower agencies, managing temporary staff contracts, and updating information in HR databases. Additionally, you will assist with the digitization of personnel files and sorting, scanning, and filing of documents.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities, including shortlisting candidates and arranging interviews

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in HR/Business related field
Familiarity with administrative work
