Research Aquaculture Scientist Position

We are pleased to invite applications for a research scientist position as part of a multidisciplinary research programme in aquaculture and life sciences.
This collaborative initiative brings together leading researchers from various institutions to develop novel multi-omics data integration strategies with significant impact.
The successful candidate will support the principal investigators in the implementation and execution of research activities aligned with the programme's objectives.
Appointees may be based at one of the partner institutions, including universities and research centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise research projects in fish and aquatic organisms
- Develop and implement novel multi-omics data integration strategies
- Collaborate with a dynamic team spanning basic biologists, neuroscientists, bioinformaticians, and aquaculture specialists
Requirements:
- PhD in a relevant field such as biology, bioinformatics, or a related discipline
- Proven track record of research experience in aquaculture and life sciences
- Strong skills in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
