Transforming Lives with Autism Therapists

Pathlight School is a pioneering institution in Singapore that offers the national curriculum alongside life readiness skills, catering to students on the autism spectrum aged 7 to 18 years. This unique approach enables students to access the national curriculum while receiving additional support through smaller class sizes, special accommodations, and trained teaching staff.

The Autism Intervention, Training & Consultancy (AITC) team provides training and consultancy services for professionals and caregivers, as well as direct intervention services for individuals on the autism spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver individualized behavioral plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Plan and deliver programs for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the area of Life Readiness skills.
  • Manage and respond to an emergency support line for school staff requiring immediate behavioral support.
  • Train stakeholders on ASD-related topics.
  • Participate in team assessments for school admissions.
Requirements:
  • Min. Degree in Psychology or related fields.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to evolving situations and diverse viewpoints.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
