Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Voice Engineer, responsible for planning and implementing access equipment, supporting Singtel services, and coordinating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement access equipment, including MD, ONU, MSAN, IAD, and ATA.
  • Support Singtel services, including ALLC, Del, BizVoice, ISDN2, and Phonenet.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including transmission, operations, and external parties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical & Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Min 5+ years operations support experience and 3+ years working in a IT support lead or IT engineering role.
  • Familiar with fix voice system, and protocols.
  • Relevant experience in the IT/Telco industry is a plus.
  • Possess industry standard certifications CCNA or relevant.
