Job Description
As a Service Crew, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every customer has an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service by greeting customers with a smile, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and attending to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and take orders in a prompt and efficient manner
- Serve food and drinks to tables, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Provide condiments, utensils, and attend to customer needs in a courteous and professional manner
- Clear and reset tables after each meal, ensuring that the dining area is clean and tidy
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Able to stand and walk for long hours, meeting the demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Must wear white top and long pants (apron provided), adhering to our uniform policy
- Only sports shoes allowed, as we prioritize safety and hygiene
- No nail polish or manicures allowed, as we maintain high standards of personal grooming
- Friendly, responsible, and able to work in a team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
