About the Role

">
  • This role involves supporting the execution and implementation of Process Automation Projects and Data Analytics Projects in Life Operations.
  • You will be responsible for actively participating in the delivery and implementation of these projects, which may encompass changes related to system applications, artificial intelligence, and optical character recognition.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to map and review end-to-end processes and streamline them using Lean/Kaizen methodology.
  • Develop thorough user requirements that align with current and anticipated business needs.
  • Ensure business requirements are clearly articulated, translated, and documented for efficient delivery.
  • Evaluate alternative high-level solutions with Information Technology and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Facilitate and prioritize changes with users and other key parties to ensure agreed-upon launch timelines are met.
  • Serve as an intermediary between technology and business teams, facilitating the development and implementation of new systems or improvements to existing ones.
  • Translate business requirements into test scenarios, conditions, and expected results for user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure test environments and UAT requirements are set up in readiness for test execution.
    • Diploma or degree holder in Business IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
    • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC), Kaizen, and/or PMP/Prince 2 with experience in executing process improvement & system implementation projects is preferred.
    • Minimally 5 years of working experience in Life Insurance Operations & familiar with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Implemented process automation solutions using RPA (i.e. UiPath, AA), Python, or Power Automate to streamline operations processes.
    • Applied Data Analytics (Business Intelligence) to generate actionable insights to support business objectives and decision-making.
    • Integral Life (Life 400/Asia AS400) background is preferred.
    • Experience in requirements gathering and managing delivery of life/health insurance systems and integrations.
    • Hands-on experience as a business analyst with minimal 5 years working experience in life insurance operations and/or with knowledge in both operation and system areas are preferred.
    • Experience in digital products or services (mobile or web) is preferred.
