Senior Operations Director

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Operations Director to lead sales operations and oversee accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless coordination across departments, timely execution of business processes, and continuity of operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sales Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring accurate order processing, fulfilment, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with sales and project management teams to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Oversight: Assist finance to ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers. Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts. Work with finance to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Accounts Payable (AP) Oversight: Review and approve supplier invoices in line with company policies. Coordinate with procurement and finance to ensure timely payments.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong time management and organisational skills with a sharp sense of priority planning.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in the ICT industry or technology sector, preferably with a background in installation or project management. Possess qualifications in Electrical trades or Engineering disciplines.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
