We are seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to provide outstanding service to our esteemed members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all beverage inventory, including daily purchases and sales;
- Set up tables and assist with seating arrangements;
- Greet members/guests, present menus, and take orders;
- Serve food according to established service procedures;
- Prepare bar stations for service;
- Report discrepancies to supervisors;
- Maintain cleanliness in bar areas;
- Recommend drinks to promote sales;
- Handle bar services for banquets and meetings;
- Uphold personal hygiene and sanitation standards;
- Attend work on time, in proper uniform and grooming.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferably with working experience in the related field;
- Proficiency in basic oral English; another language is a plus;
- Great team player and customer service oriented;
- Willing to learn and adapt to various line positions;
- A valid Basic Food Hygiene certificate is mandatory;
- Able to perform split shift duties on a 6-day work week.
