About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Director to lead our product marketing strategy from the ground up. As the Head of Product Marketing for the Circles X platform, you will be responsible for building and leading our product marketing function, developing strategies, processes, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and lead the product marketing function, developing strategies, processes, and best practices
  • Define and articulate our product's unique value proposition and positioning in the telco market
  • Conduct market research to identify target personas and develop tailored messaging strategies
  • Create compelling content, including brochures, articles, and whitepapers, to educate the market and drive adoption
  • Collaborate with product management to capture customer feedback and competitive insights, informing product roadmap decisions
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product updates and new releases
  • Work closely with enterprise sales and sales enablement teams to create effective sales collateral and talking points
  • Partner with the B2B Marketing team to align product messaging with demand generation campaigns, content strategies, and promotional activities
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and refine positioning
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Extensive product marketing experience in Enterprise SaaS or B2B technology, preferably in the telco or adjacent industries
  • Proven track record of building and leading a product marketing function from scratch
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create high-quality content for various audiences and channels
  • Experience in market education and thought leadership for new technologies or digital transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus
