Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of our finance team, responsible for providing insightful financial analysis and support to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monthly management reporting, including preparation and review of financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.
2. In-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
3. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders via regular analysis and reports.
4. Support business unit/management with budgeting, forecasting, and corporate reporting, including Hi-Tree (Accounting performance management system).

Skill Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Tableau.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Audit support and regional meeting coordination.
- Project integration and divestiture support, as required.
- Maintenance of systems and tools, such as Tableau and report creation.
