Job Overview

This role presents an opportunity to design and develop new mechanical systems, along with optimizing existing ones. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in 3D CAD modeling, finite element analysis, and structural analysis.


Main Responsibilities
  • Design and create novel mechanical systems, including equipment and machinery.
  • Enhance and validate existing product designs through rigorous testing and analysis.
  • Implement structural modifications and conduct thorough testing based on system specifications.
  • Develop and maintain detailed Bills of Material, assembly drawings, and guidelines.
  • Provide technical assistance to field engineers and customers.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Precision Engineering is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in machine design, particularly in machinery or high-precision automation systems.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling using Solidworks, with certifications such as CSWE and CSWP being highly desirable.
  • Experience with finite element analysis software is essential.
  • Fundamental understanding of structural and modal analysis, thermal-mechanical analysis, or fluid dynamics analysis is required.
