
Aftersales Support Professional

As an Aftersales Support Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, enabling them to analyze customer data and develop strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer retention, and increase market presence.
You will be responsible for managing customer feedback channels, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. Additionally, you will oversee supplier and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service standards.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in automotive or aftersales is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong data analytics skills will also be considered.
A strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Interested candidates can forward their CVs in MS Word format.
