Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC Microbiologist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure laboratory operations meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, design and validate new test procedures for incoming projects, including bioassay and mycoplasma methods.
  • Review and approve technical documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Evaluate analytical results to provide scientific opinions and insights for client-driven projects.
  • Establish and maintain standards for regulatory compliance in the area of specialization.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, conducting site visits as required.
  • Participate in internal audits, system audits, and external agency audits, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client information according to internal SOPs and Quality Service Agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science or related field; Master of Science preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum 2-6 years of relevant QC microbiological experience in an ISO17025 / GMP laboratory environment.
  • Preferred experience in disinfectant testing, endotoxin, bioburden, or microbial assay testing.
  • Strong background in method validation, development, and analysis.
