Dynamic Quantitative Trading Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trader to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our trading operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily execution of quantitative trading strategies in real-time, managing risk, and capitalizing on opportunities.
- Oversee daily execution of quantitative trading strategies in real time to manage risk and capitalize on opportunities.
- Respond to evolving market dynamics in fast-moving Asian markets.
- Work closely with quant researchers and technologists to optimize trading infrastructure and strategy performance.
- Partner with development, research, and infrastructure teams to ensure robust daily trading operations.
- Contribute to platform evolution by designing and deploying new tools and improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience in electronic or algorithmic trading environments.
- High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong initiative and adaptability — a proactive mindset for solving complex problems and thriving in change.
