Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team as a field service engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert support to our customers, troubleshooting and repairing complex technical issues, and ensuring that all equipment is installed and functioning correctly.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site installation, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
  • Support setup and configuration of new machines at customer sites
  • Conduct routine maintenance and respond to technical issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure equipment uptime and performance
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and manage service documentation
  • Assist in modification and upgrades of equipment
  • Participate in overseas training and assignments, including mandatory OJT in Japan twice a year

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Microelectronics Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment is preferred; entry-level candidates welcome (training provided)
  • International Travel: Willingness to travel regionally and attend mandatory OJT in Japan twice per year
