Leading Elder Care Development Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Elder Care Development Strategist to join our team at Tsao Foundation.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the well-being of older adults in the community. This role involves fostering partnerships, collaborations, and integration of community development programs to support Tsao Foundation's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative strategies to support the well-being of older adults, including initiatives to improve healthcare access, physical activity, mental health, social inclusion, and life-long learning opportunities.
- Partnership Building: Work with local and regional organizations to promote and develop programs and services for older adults, fostering partnerships with government entities, healthcare providers, non-profit organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Building Integrated Service Model: Identify integration challenges, demonstrate outcomes from a cumulative service model of CSA, and find the right technology to integrate various components.
- Research and Development Champion: Stay up-to-date with the latest research on aging and incorporate relevant findings into strategies and programs. Conduct regular assessments of CSA's integrated programs to determine their effectiveness and efficiency.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in non-profit operations, preferably in the community care/eldercare sector.
- Passion and Understanding: A strong passion and understanding of community care/eldercare regulations, clinical and industry best practices through international work.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to translate vision and mission into actionable plans.
- Financial Management: Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Problem-Solving: Problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges and drive strategies and initiatives.
- Familiarity with Technology: Familiarity with technology solutions and innovations in elder care services.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in care delivery.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
