We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Holistic Health Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering holistic health solutions as part of our TCM Clinical Assistant team.

  • Provide patient care and support under the guidance of senior TCM practitioners.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure a smooth clinic operation.
  • Manage patient flow and coordinate with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Administer basic TCM treatments as directed by senior clinicians.
  • Educate patients on prescribed herbal remedies and treatments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic premises.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a TCM clinic or healthcare setting, exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in English.
